ปัญหาสุขภาพที่คน ๆ หนึ่งมีโอกาสเสี่ยงเป็นได้มีหลายโรคเนื่องจากปัจจัยรอบตัวที่เต็มไปด้วยมลพิษและเชื้อโรคที่มากขึ้น ซึ่งอาจส่งผลต่อระบบหายใจหรือโรคติดเชื้อ แต่หลายคนอาจลืมไปแล้วว่าหนึ่งในโรคที่ทุกคนควรระวังและมีโอกาสเป็นทุกยุคทุกสมัยโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องเกี่ยวกับมลภาวะรอบตัวนั่นคือ “โรคความดันโลหิต” ที่มีทั้งความดันโลหิตสูงและความดันโลหิตต่ำ และด้วยความเสี่ยงที่สามารถเป็นได้ทุกช่วงวัยเราจึงควรศึกษาข้อมูลของโรคนี้ก่อนจะสายเกินไป
ความดันโลหิตคืออะไร
ความดันโลหิตเป็นค่าความดันของกระแสเลือดที่ส่งแรงกระทบกับผนังหลอดเลือดแดง โดยเกิดขึ้นจากการกระบวนการสูบฉีดเลือดของหัวใจ โดยสามารถวัดความดันโลหิตได้ 2 ค่า คือ ค่าความดันช่วงบนจากการบีบตัวของหัวใจ และค่าความดันช่วงล่างจากการคลายตัวของหัวใจ ซึ่งความผิดปกติที่เกิดขึ้นจากค่าความดันโลหิตคือความดันโลหิตสูง และความดันโลหิตต่ำ โดยเราสามารถตรวจหาอาการดังกล่าวได้ด้วยการวัดค่าความดันโลหิต
การเตรียมตัวเพื่อวัดความดันโลหิต
ก่อนวัดความดันโลหิต 30 นาที ไม่ควรดื่มเครื่องดื่มที่มีคาเฟอีน แอลกอฮอล์ กาแฟ ไม่ผ่านการออกกำลังกาย และไม่มีภาวะทางอารมณ์ เช่น โมโห โกรธ เครียด เป็นต้น
พักก่อนทำการตรวจวัดความดันเป็นเวลา 5-15 นาที
ควรปัสสาวะก่อนทำการวัดความดัน
ไม่ควรพูดคุยมากเกินไปในขณะที่ทำการวัดความดัน
ความดันโลหิตต่ำ
เป็นภาวะที่ความดันเลือดซิสโตลิกต่ำกว่า 90 มิลลิเมตรปรอท ซึ่งเป็นภาวะที่พบได้ทั้งหญิงชาย ไม่ว่าอายุเท่าใดก็สามารถเป็นได้ ส่วนมากจะมีสาเหตุมาจากการขาดสารอาหารบางชนิด เช่น โปรตีน วิตามินซีทำให้ผนังหลอดเลือดแดงไม่แข็งแรง จนเกิดการคลายตัวมากเกินไป โดยภาวะนี้จะมีทั้งที่สามารถหายเองได้กับต้องได้รับการรักษา
อาการของความดันโลหิตต่ำ
ปกติแล้วความดันโลหิตต่ำจะไม่ก่อให้เกิดอาการใด ๆ แต่หากอยู่ในภาวะที่เลือดไปเลี้ยงสมองไม่เพียงพอ ผู้ป่วยจะมีอาการเกิดขึ้นชั่วคราว ดังนี้
เวียนศีรษะ หน้ามืด เป็นลมกะทันหัน
ใจเต้นแรง ใจสั่น
ตาพร่าเบลอ
คลื่นไส้
เหนื่อยง่าย อ่อนเพลีย
กระหายน้ำ
